Important: CityMortgage is a mortgage broker, not a lender. We do not make lending decisions, approve or decline mortgage applications, or guarantee that any lender will approve your application. All lending decisions are made solely by the relevant lender in accordance with their own criteria.

Information dependency

The accuracy of any assessment, recommendation, or advice we provide is entirely dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide to us. CityMortgage accepts no liability for assessments based on incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Fees and charges

Our fee structure will be clearly disclosed to you before any mortgage application is submitted. CityMortgage may receive a commission from lenders upon successful mortgage completion. This does not affect our commitment to recommending the most suitable product for your circumstances. We will always disclose the nature and amount of any commission or fee we receive.

5. No Guarantee of Mortgage Approval

CityMortgage cannot guarantee that any mortgage application will be approved by a lender. Mortgage approval is subject to the lender’s own underwriting criteria, credit assessment, property valuation, and other factors entirely outside our control.

An indicative eligibility assessment or pre-approval indication from CityMortgage does not constitute a formal mortgage offer or guarantee of approval. Formal mortgage offers are issued solely by the relevant lending institution.

6. Accuracy of Information on the Website

CityMortgage makes every effort to ensure that the information published on this website is accurate and up to date. However, the UAE mortgage market, interest rates, lender criteria, and regulatory requirements change frequently.
